Tips for Finding Your Perfect Size
Try wearing shoes in the late afternoon when your feet are at their largest due to normal swelling.
Make sure your heel fits snugly and doesn't slip. The center of the shoe's sole under the arch of your foot and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes.
Choose a larger size if your feet are between different sizes. You can adjust the size for a better fit with socks, insoles and lacing patterns.
Make sure to have your feet remeasured every year. Feet typically get larger with age and women's feet often become half a size or larger after pregnancy.
Make sure you try the shoes on both feet. Your left and right feet may be different lengths or widths, just like a full size. Always buy the shoe that fits your larger foot.
Watch out for signs that your shoes are too small or too tight: feet cramping and falling asleep while running or calluses and blisters forming between or on your toes. People are more than twice as likely to buy shoes that are too small than those that are too big.
